Refund Policy
The following is our refund policy for the training courses provided by us. It is always suggested to attend the FREE trial class before enrolling for the course. We may change the terms with time with/without prior notice.
Refund Eligibility- Terms and Conditions
Refund before Course begins
- Student is eligible to get refund before the start of course by submitting a valid reason to the admission team of Kiddo- Skillkit Ltd.
- Refund is accepted only if the reason is found to be genuine.
- Refund shall be subject to deduction of taxes (if any) and processing fees.
Refund after course begins
- Refund is accepted only if the student raises a request for refund within 4 sessions of the enrolled course.
- Any refund request raised after 4 sessions shall not be entitled for a refund.
- The reason is reviewed and if satisfied, the refund is processed.
- Refund shall be subject to deduction of taxes (if any) and processing fees.
Procedure For Seeking a Refund
- To raise a request for refund, students shall write a letter to the company with complete details and mentioning the reason for requesting the refund.
- From the receipt of the refund application, all refund requests will take at least 15 days to process.
